double misfire codes, bad miss, cant figure it out

Hey guys... so my car started missing real bad. Threw code P0307... misfire cylinder 7... ok seems simple enough, i check the wire... has a cut in it... i change the plug while im in there changing the wire... problem solved right? nope... its still missing just as hard as before and its also throwing P0300 Random Multiple Missfire... ok i clear the codes... comes back as PO307... its also throwing code P1441 which has something to do with the evap purge system but im not sure this is related. I just replaced the coil last week as well.... any ideas anyone? Im thinking maybe injectors but to me it dosent act like a fuel problem. Any help would be great... i need to get her runin good by friday

double check all wires are in good condition and in the correct location. check all of your coil connections. if all of that is ok, then your opti is probably bad. and yes, you have a separate evap issue.

i was affraid someone was gonna say opti... this should be fun lol... which aftermarket unit do you recomend? i figure if i have to do it i might as well

did a lil more trobleshooting... turns out it was corosion on the #7 terminal on the opti... cleaned her up and shes running great now... i also cleaned the injectors so it seems to be running alot smoother

ya its amazing how much smoother these lt1's run with freshly cleaned injectors. like a new car..
