Doe's this work?
I was lookint to do some mod's to the car and was wondering if I went with the edelbrock intake, 52mm throttlebody, bigger mass air flow sensor, edelbrock longtube headers with y-pipe and magnaflow exhaust would I need to change anything else?

You don't really need the intake or bigger mass air flow sensor.
The rest of the exhaust will really waken up the car, oh yea get a K&N intake

The intake manifold and mass air wont make much difference on a bolt on car. If you want to do something else worthwhile get a dyno tune to optimize the gains with the intake and exhaust mods.

I think the OEM MAF is good for 500-550whp.
Aftermarket MAF's tend to lean your car out.

Same goes with the intake. Stock is good till about 450 or so ponies, then all you need is a little mild port work.

U dont need the MAF sensor. I have the edelbrock intake and not sure how much of a diff. it made alone b/c i put it on w/ a 58mm throttle body and other mods including full exhaust. Def. get a dyno tune!!! i picked up 10 hp just from that alone. Compared to the stock intake manifold the edelborck is quite impressive though.

Exhaust work first. Intake won't do squat except for a cold air filter. If you want to fiddle a bot more go for some better valve springs and lifters and have someone do a decent computer tune.
If you are going to seriously beat on it start a piggy bank for a 12 bolt with some steeper gearing.
You could go for a short throw shifter if it is a manual or a stall (2800 or so) and shift kit if it is an automatic.
