58mm Tb will hurt my trany?
Hi guys,
I got a TB Holley 58 mm installed in my 93 Formula since long time.
A friend told me....that large tb will hurt your trany because put into diferent shift points than stock tb.
So far. I got mid headers,Borla cat back, cam, ported heads...all bolt ons.
obviously, a custom chip was tailor-made for this application.
what do you think about it?

I think it has to do with how the TV cable is adjusted, but I'm not positive. If you think it is hurting you, just take it off. The 58mm isnt really gaining you anything anyway on a bolt on setup. A heads/cam package doesnt even really need anything over stock.
