1996 LT1 with bad cats please help!!

I posted this over in the external thread and im not gettign much help... i need new cats which isnt a problem but i want to do a header - catted y pipe combo liek i see out there but all i see them for is the ls1 instead of just cutting and welding new cats.. is thee anyone who knows where how and what i can get? thanks!!!

It is going to cost you some money. The best bet is to call some of the muffler shops in your area. Not Mienike or clowns like that, but the ones that are exhaust / Muffler only.

make sure the shop is reputable and and uses a madrel bender, makes for better flow

im sure thats a route i could take but theres no catted y pipe that will connect to shorties that i can just buy? i know i see ones for ls1s i havent found any for lt1s if there is any set up like that please someone let me know
