WS6 Question

Did all LS1 WS6 auto TA's come with 3.23 gears? Just curious if they were standard on auto WS6 cars.

3.23's were an option.

Not sure if it was standard on the WS.6 though.

3.23 rear gears were an option on V8 f-bodies w/ A4 trans (2.73 was std). WS6 and SS cars (probably Hawks as well) with A4s required the 3.23 gears as a "mandatory option", which bumped the priced over a (otherwise similarly equipped) M6 car.

So YES, all WS6 A4 cars have 3.23 gears, but it wasn't exactly "standard" (i.e.: no-cost), rather is was "required" w/ additional cost.
