WS6 finally!
Hey all......
For those that remember, I had an 02' SS that I sold a couple of years ago due to some changes with my job. Mainly changes in my salary at my job!!!
Anyway, I bought a 1989 IROC that is bone stock with 58,000 miles that I love, however you know how I felt about the performance. I purchased many parts - Arizona Speed & Marine runners, ported plenum, BMR suspension and even a D1SC ProCharger! I didn't install any of it, as I felt bad about ruining an original....
Great ending to this story, I just bought a 2000 WS6 TransAm with 64,000 miles for $12K......and I love it. God, I have missed the LS1
I think I will cover the IROC and scoot it over in a corner and get to modding the WS6.... YEAH! I have already contacted ATI about seeing how much it will cost me to trade in all the brackets, intercooler, etc., so I can get the ProCharger installed on the LS1 instead.
Good to be back everyone, but the thirdgen crowd rocks too!!

Yeah, I can't wait..... I have an email into Bob at EPP where I bought my setup, to see how much it will cost me to upgrade from the TPI engine setup to the LS1. I imagine I will keep the D1SC and just trade in my brackets, intercoolers, etc. and a hunk of money. Originally Posted by wantaLS1
