    ws6 engine

    i bought another one with the block busted so i am looking a motor also old question how to determine true ws6 thanks

    Engine should be no different than a non-WS6 as far as I know.

    Agree. They all came with the LS1, with the exception of a couple of LS6 parts on the 2001 and 2002 models. Still the LS1 engine though. As for the car being a true WS6, the RPO code on the driver's door will tell you. If you see a WS6 on the sticker, then it is a true WS6.
