is it worth it?
I was wondering who all has ws6 trans ams out there. I bought mine 2 years ago at 17 and planned on keeping it my whole life. its not a daily driver so i keep the miles low 50k now and do a few mods as i go. but wonder if it is a good car worth keeping for another 30 plus years. oppinions?

It's what I plan on doing.
You just need to realize it will cost money to keep it running, espeically the older it gets. As long as your prepared for that, keep it till something better comes along.

Who are you saving it for?
If you think of it as an investment sell it now and buy some Blue Chip stocks or GIC's in 30yrs they will be worth a hell of a lot more than the car.

I ordered my WS6 on the day GM announced the f-body was dead... I'm never selling it.
But that being said, it's not an investment, it's a hobby. I love the car and want to be driving it when I'm 70!... and keeping it running with my 401k money!2000 WS6 TA #2946 - A4, Best 1/4: 12.5s @111mph.
SLP LTs, 228r Cam, SY 3500, Shift kit, LS6 intake, underdrive pulleys, lid, p&p TB, Borla w/ cutout, Pro-kit springs, poly all around, Hotchkis suspension, 3.90 gears, tuned.

It's worth keeping if you love it. Don't keep it just for an investment, chances are it won't be worth alot.
Who knows, maybe it will, but you never know, so don't count on that.
I plan on keeping mine for a long time. Can't say I won't EVER sell it, but I can't see myself wanting to any time soon.
