Question Window Prolems BOTH WINDOWS!!! PLZ HELP

Ok, the first problem is the driver side window rolls up and down fast, but it makes this kind of grinding noise, as it rolls??? My window repair guy said the screws broke inside the door?

Second problem, my passenger side window will roll up a little, stop, up a little, stop. The whole way. I'm pritty sure a motor will do the trick, but this will be the second one. I saw a kit that would fix this, that costs half the price as a new motor, but now i cant find it.

    Thanks Guys

Check that site out, I believe that is probably the kit you are thinking of.

Thanks for the link. Any advice as to the motors on ebay for 9.95, etc.? Seems even less expensive if they are quiet and work right. I understand the concept on the link, they are juicing up the amps through relays, etc., and it looks like it really does the trick, but I wonder about long-term effects. Anyone had this fix installed for awhile? Thanks
