wierd noise/vibration/clutch chatter?

When I get on the gas hard I hear/feel a vibration especially when I turn right. I had the clutch recently replaced, but it did it before that. At first I thought it was wheel hop, but now I have no clue. I am thinking it is the transmission mount, but the mechanic said everything was good. He went through the tranny and rear-end and replaced all of the fluid. I swear it seems like it is coming from the drive line and I can hear it right under the shifter. If this is normal and than fine. If any of you have had this problem please tell me it is or if you have a WS6/SS with a T-56 and live near Portsmouth Va you can drive it yourself to see what I am talking about.

Sounds like the u-joint angles are off (bad trans mount) and causing the vibration. Any mods to the suspension, rearend, or trans mount?

No mods here, I was thinking the same thing about the mount. I just creeped over 86,000 miles today. I will put it on a lift this weekend and let you know what I find. Thanks for the help brother.

you say vibration,but you mentioned chattering and noise.man i wish you lived closer as i would check it out.how long since the clutch,what kind,wheres ur release point on the pedal

Less than 2k on the clutch and never over 3500 rpm, OEM clutch and flywheel. It only does it at around 2200 rpm. Now I am thinking clutch chatter. The car has 86,000 miles on it.
