it's called photoshop.

it's impossible to do with LS1 tails,

LT1s it is possible,

not sure about camaros but i've never seen it.

that would take anyone with moderate photoshop experience 1-2 minutes to get the exact same, if not better, results. very easy

(check the top right of the right taillight theres still some red left over)

again, it can be done on the boxy LT1 taillights, it is IMPOSSIBLE to do on LS1 honeycomb taillights.

i duplicate the background, desat. the bottom one, and just erase away at the top, same effect, i just dont like the freehand lasso thing

use the pen tool, then make it a selection on the layer you'd like to edit-much more control.
