Where to find the original sticker of my car ?
Just bought a very nice 2002 WS6 and was wondering where I can find the original sticker for this model ?
I went to GM to ask them but they can't have it and they don't know how to obtain it.
Any idea or help ?
thanks everyone.

Do you mean the dealer sticker or the RPO code sticker?

I'm sure someone will make it, but it will be a reproduction, obviously.

Pontiac Historic Services (do a google for their web site) is working on reproducing the window stickers. They have copies of the original build paperwork for Pontiacs form the early 1960s up to the early 2000s.

I sent them an email but never got any answer.
For the Pontiac Historic Services, they're asking $65 ! is the package they're selling worth it ?

The package is definitely worth it if you are trying to verify an older car where the VIN would not necessarily tell you something important like the original engine or if the car was a Judge or not. On our later cars you can pretty much just go to a GM dealer and have them run the VIN to see what it was if you no longer have your option sticker. I noticed that the PHS web site seems to be missing info also. It looks like the route is now to start with GM Motors Media Archive to obtain a verified copy of the invoice for your car then linking over to PHS to get the window sticker made https://history.gmheritagecenter.com...n_Availability .
Once you have the info from GMMA then PHS will do the window sticker.
PHS - Automotive Services now has the ability to provide an exact replica of
the original window sticker for their 1981-2011 Camaros. These window stickers
will be the same size and colors and in every respect as the original. However,
in order to do so we will need to have a copy of the dealer invoice for their car,
as without it we will not have the necessary information to print the window
sticker.
To obtain a copy of the dealer invoice for their car, they can contact a company
called Allied-Vaughn, who operates under the name of GM Media Archive. They
are located in the Detroit area and their phone is: 734/462-5543 ext 163.
Their e-mail address is: vehicleinvoice@gmmediaarchive.com
It is essential that we have a copy of the dealer invoice to accurately make the
window sticker for their Camaro. Additionally, we will only produce the window
sticker to show the options that were on the car when it left the factory. We will
not add, delete nor change any options from how the car was originally produced.
Once the customer has the dealer invoice from Allied-Vaughn, they can fill-out a
copy of the attached order form and either mail of fax it to us. It will normally
take about two weeks plus mailing time to get the window sticker made.

I spoke to Brian @ Allied-Vaughn today. The cost of the dealer invoice which is what you need for PHS to duplicate your window sticker is 50.00. Now here's the bad news...........
The owner of PHS Automotive Services past away last year. His son took over the business and from what I've been told, he's getting backed up with orders. Some people have had to wait 6 months to get their window sticker. I was advised by Brian to call Jim Mattson at PHS (586-781-5164) to see what their status is on getting a window sticker. PHS actually "subs" out the printing of the window sticker. Would hate to spend the 50.00 for the dealer invoice and then another 65.00 for the information package, on top of the charge for the actual window sticker, and possibly not receive anything.
I know this thread is over a month old but, I thought I would put in my 2 cents.

Just got off the phone with PHS. Let me clarify all that is going on. I got a little misleading info from Brian at GM Media Archives.
The owner of PHS wasn't the person who passed away. The third party printers who do the actual printing of the window stickers, he's the one who has passed and his son has taken over the business. As of now, PHS is only doing Pontiac models Firebird/Trans Am 1967 through 1979. Which means any of us with F/TA's 1980 to 2002 are SOL Also 1964 through 1979 GTO's can be made EXCEPT the 1964 Plant Code B or M. They have stopped making Catalina, Grand Prix, and Bonneville too.
The reason's given were that the son, who now runs the printing company, doesn't have anyone capable of doing the window stickers for the F/TA models 1980 through 2002 and current GTO's .
Sorry for the bad news. I wasn't happy either.Last edited by Nutball; 12-11-2014 at 09:41 AM.

They told me though that they might do it again someday ...
Let's hope so, I really want this sticker.
