I am guessing it means ram air hood!!

If it's cheap, I'd be wary of fitment issues and condition. Not to say that anything will be wrong with it, just would be a concern.

I had a certi fit ram air hood on my blue T/A,me & a friend put it on,but once we got it on it rubbed on the corner of the driver side fender,so I took it to another friend of mine,he is great with getting aftermarket fbody parts to fit he got it to line up properly I was happy after that,its easy to just buy a GM ram air hood it bolts right up with zero fitment issues,but I know how it is because even used those WS6 & SS hoods are expensive but worth it

how much???? because I noticed that the N.O.certI fit & Houston certi fit prices are different,although they are the same company,in N.O.the price for a 98-02 ram air hood was like $349+tax but in Houston the price was like $315 these prices might dont be 100% accurate because it was back in 2010 when I called & certi fit prices change all the time
