What's the dumbest thing asked about your car?

I had a guy in a firebird tell me he got a v6 for the gas mileage he explained that he got 25 to 27 mpg and got a little pissed when i told him i got between 28 and 30!!!

Last year at Carlisle, a guy did call my car a sleeper.....after he heard it running.....along with the rest of the fairgrounds. Still trying to figure that one out.....

Not about my TA but in the same day someone asked what was in my Daytona when it says hemi in huge letters on the hood

I have since decided the general populace in regards to cars are either oblivious or stupid

^^ Lol good stuff Freak! I was picking up a part at Autozone one day....told dude I had a 98 firebird formula. He said, "Ford, right?" I said, "no"....then he asked if it was 2 wheel or 4 wheel drive. I shit you not! I didn't say anything...just walked out. lol

some kid at a gas station what size carb AND fuel injectors i was running because he wanted to upgrade the carb and injectors in his 06~ mustang.

We have a guy now at our local Autozone that is dumber than a box of shit. Very frustrating when I have to deal with him.

I have experienced that when I go to Advance Auto Parts, you would think they would hire people that actually know something about cars. Even the managers don't know shit.

Muffler bearings aren't that simple, he might need the Canadian ones depending on the muffler. We had a girl at work that didn't know she needed Canadian air for her tires.

^^ Overheard someone talking about "710" fluid in the shop one day. Took me a while to figure it out. (Apparently someone came in with an oil cap...except the cap was upside down so it looked like "710".) lol
