    What is it worth?

I looked at a 1998 Trans am WS6 Manual. It has 52,000 Original Miles and was basically only driven on the weekends. The exterior is in excellent condition. The interior is ok. The seatbelt holder on the driver side is broken and one of the back seats has a stain on it. The only other problem is that the car was smoked in. What do you think would be a good deal if I were to buy it. Thanks

i would say anywhere from 9k to 11k would be a good price. i would hate the fact that it has been smoked in.

I paid 7500 for my daily-driven non-WS6/automatic in excellent condition. 52k miles is pretty low for an almost 10 year old car. Kelly Blue Book is quoting $10050 for that car in good condition (private party sale), so I'd say lancesT/A set a pretty fair price range. At least around here TAs ( especially WS6 ) are kind of hard to find up for sale and when I do find one, they all want retail value for them. Good luck and happy haggling!

Yeah no kidding they are hard to find. I hate that it was smoked in too but if i get it hopefully i can just clean the interior really well. He is asking 12K but i feel like that is too high. I looked at the kelly blue book as well and saw that it should be around 10K. Thanks for the responses.

I've been trying to get the smell of smoke out of my old firebird for 2 weeks now, but after it sits for a while, the cigarette smell comes back just as strong. I learned my lesson though, and won't be smoking in the TA Anyway, I hope you have better luck getting rid of that smell.

i would start at like 9.5 and work your way up from there. you'll never know how low he is willing to go unless you start at the bottom.
