    Clutch
    Axles
    Fuel pump
    Water-pump
    Slave cyl
    IAC
    TPS
    Tires
    Speaker
    Rear end pinion bearing

^THat is what went wrong on my STOCK WS6 from 72-89K miles. I bought it in immaculate condition from a dealership and then called the owner, an older gentleman who babied it (I got the car with half-used tires and NO rubber under the fenderwell, PERFECTLY straight panels, ect. and the original clutch came out due to TO bearing noise with 30% life left at 77K miles). I baby it as well, other than an occasional roll-race. It blew the rear end backing out of the driveway. The pinion bearing siezed then rotated.

    FYI, F-body's COST TO OWN!

just like with any other car some have problems some don't just be sure to not get such a high payment that you won't be able to fix something if it does break

The bulk of my stuff went bad under warranty (A/C Compressor, Headlight motor, Fuel level sending unit), but since 50K I've only replaced the drivers window motor and the water pump. I currently have 117K and she still drives on the original clutch.

I have had horrific problems with my headlight motor other than that theres a small noise in the engine I need to check out, and the parking brake is out of alignment.

I'm on original clutch at 77k miles, no problems whatsoever.. so far.. knock on wood.

I doubt anyone will believe this, but I have a 2000 TA with just over 100K on it. It's never been in the shop for anything. The friggin T-tops don't even leak. This is my fourth F-Body and I've never had this much good luck with a TA. Guess I'll keep living right..

Every now and then you get lucky I guess. I never saw an F-bod in good shape with over 50-60K miles on it that didnt take a lotta work to keep there. In the past 8 months I dumped $3500 into mine just maintaining it properly and making sure what went out got replaced. Neighbor just sold his as it became too much of a pain in the arse with vaccuum leaks and all that.

Every car is different but for sure your probably going to need to replace the power window motors unless it was recently replaced.

wow...on an 01 that all went wrong?!?!?! geez...
my last 2000 needed a new clutch/slave cylinder and all new fluids. But the rear pinion was replaced under warranty well before I had the car

front swaybar endlinks, pinion seal, front main seal, a/c compressor trans mount and brakes are what i've done to my WS6 since july 13th when I bought it. seemed to me like the previous owners just didn't know enough to take care of it. i do most of the work myself, though, so with the exception of the seals and the a/c compressor (that cost $2k because i let shops do them for me) i've only spent around $2500 on all of this.
