    what do you think?

I dynoed at 454 RWHP and 390 RWTQ it has full bolt ons with kooks headers heads/cam package. What can I do to get the torque up. It has been tuned by Lingenfelter. It is a 2000 Ws6 M-6 with 4.10's

    It's russian roulette.

I hit 420/390. My friend with almost exact same setup (diff. heads flowing slightly less than mine) plus he has a FAST 90/90 hit 476/417. Same place built up both and tuned both.

Big Bore + Short Stroke = High rpm engine
Stroking a motor has always upped the torque for me and D-stroking and boring has always gained me top end. Although my experiments come from older carbed engines. Our 377 (400 block-350 crank) is our high rpm engine, lots of hp after 4000rpm and insane power at 7500. We also have a 408 that has incradible bottom end and tq. Other than that my engine builder told me the bigger the cam the more top end.
