Everything sounds good but the maf. I'd throw the stocker back on, without a tune you're throwing your air/fuel ratio off and it'll do more bad than good.

In addition to the MAF recommendation, I would also toss the K&N and install an Amsoil Ea air filter. Next mods could be a cooler thermostat (need a tune to reprogram the fans), a rear, electric cutout, or maybe a K-member.

SD tune, why pay for a maf when for a little bit more you can get rid of it completely.

Good point. I have an the EA filter and its great. No oil, no maf issues, no need to clean and rinse. Just vaccum

    keep stock maf
if not going with Stainless steel LTS...get ceramic coated atleast
prep alot on the calipers...it will be worth it
a filter is a filter...stay away from the oil'd filters...too much triuble IMO for not alot of gains
look at InstallUniversity.com for the free mods... and do them all
    other wise...hell yea

DMH cutouts come highly recommended from a large group of people. Not a pain at all.
If you're just doing bolt-ons look into a tune by frost (top right of page)
He's a very good tuner and has done countless mail order tunes.

Never had a problem with our DMH cutout -- been on the car a year now. A lot of guys run 160 degree stats. I went with 180 degrees on our car. A mail order tune from Frost (site sponsor) is highly recommended. Once you install more radical engine mods to the car, then a dyno tune would be warranted.

I will have to look more into them then lol. The cooler the better to a point or how does that work? I was also looking into a tune by frost aswell.
