What is the difference in seats?

I have seen 2000 TA WS6 cars that both do and do not have what look like ribs on the sides of the seat for support, but when I see them in person they dont appear adjustable simply a plastic frame. The seats without this ribbing are also power seats. I am a bit confused, is this a cosmetic difference or is there something I am missing here?

There's two different seats, ones with lumbar and bolster support, and ones without. If you look at the side of the seat where all the controls are, the lumbar and bolster support seats will have 3 buttons, 2 that get press up or down for lumbar and bolster. The third will be a long one that moves up, down, left and right for adjusting the seats height and distance from steering wheel.

I thought that was the case, but when I test drove the last car while in the photos I had seen it appeared that the lumbar moved, in this car it was just part of a plastic basket of sorts. I will try out all the buttons when I next get to see it.
