What is the deal with these cars?

What are the gray colored bumpers on some Trans Ams? Where can you

purchase them. I like the way they look, but probably wont spend the

money on it since I just spent 6500.00 at Lingenfelter.

they are painted. just mask it off, sand it, paint it and polish it.

come stock black on the CE's personally I think it sets the T/A's off a little better. 2 of my friends One has a red WS6 and the other has a silver T/A had their center lower bumper piece painted black, and like I said I think it makes them look sharper. IMO.

I haven't decided if I like the way the bumper is painted. It doesn't look bad I'm just not sure if it looks better black or the color of the car. Anyone else agree or am I nuts?

Its typically called the CETA mod. There is a write up in the appearance forum on how to do it.

The black part of the bumper on the CETA is not painted. It just the colour of the bumper and its masked off and the rest is painted yellow. I love the way it looks but im alittle bias.

I like the Idea of it. Only thing is black doesn't look good on blue IMO. I was thinking about having that part wrapped in a silver Carbon Fiber pattern or something.
