If you can afford it either way, I'd definitely go for the Firehawk. The page on the Firehawk states it comes with the 4 original wheels, and they're both manual transmission.

the hawks are rare. They come with an even better sport suspension than the ws.6 from Bilstein, includeing shocks and stiffer sway bars. The hood is a custom hood from SLP. It's like the ws.6 hood, only the nostrils aren't split, they are one big opening. It has smoother hood flares that lead to the nostril and there are vents on the rear of the hoods that allow heat from the manifolds to be sucked out. Oh yeah, and the rims are SWEET. They are kinda like y2k c5 rims, it's a thin, 5-spoke chrome rim

You're gonna have more horsepower with the firehawk too, unless the formula's been modded. Definitely the firehawk, more rare, better suspension, intake, looks cleaner, etc. You'll see a lot more formulas (plus formulas look like V6s anyway) drivin around than you will firehawks. People will be impressed.

By fwhp you mean fly wheel hp? Cuz when you line up next to a formula, the intake on the firehawk should make a difference. Also, not sure, but I think the firehawk already has the slp-style lid (without the baffles) already, in addition to the ram air.
Less work for you to do if you get the hawk, plus it really catches the eye more than a formula.

In the offer it says 350HP but i think it's flywheel HP. What modds would i need to get 350RWHP from this car?
I will check the car next week personally! =)

i guess once you start factoring in the exhaust and lids, etc...that will make a difference. But the truth is a stock ls1 makes 345 fly wheel hp. Then you wrap a car around it, and retard it with gearing and drivetrain, manifolds etc....even a firehawk comes with manifolds and stock Y.
