when's the last time you cleaned your MAF sensor?
Do you use a K&N filter?
You will continue to get a CEL code until you tune it out.

Also could be a problem with the IAC valve, a dirty throttle body or even fuel pressure. Hard to tell what happened. Does the SES come on when you activiate the ignition? Maybe the bulb burned out.

I got three causes that I have experianced myself,
1. Battery has a dead cell
2. TPS sensor (throttle position sensor) located on the throttle body
3. Vacume line on the rear of the intake manifold came loose

Good to know. I guess I need to check mine now. I still have a slightly high idle. 1000 rpm that I've been chasing. I hate throwing parts at something but this seems to be my only option.

when you swapped the tps out did you have to wait for the pcm to relearn or was it an automatic thing?

Replaced as well as the TPS, MAF is good, Air thingy (the one prior to the MAF) is replaced to.
No vacuum leaks that I've been able to find.
Only thing left is to have Frost look at it. At the time I had the LS1 intake when I did the tune, now I have a LS6 Intake. But I've had a "high idle" (1000 rpm) since I got her.
