were t top shades included??

The shades come with velcro dots that you stick to the bottom of your t-top. If the velcro is missing, or has already been used, you should be able to pick some up at your hardware store or even Walmart.

Come with the car. I got lucky. I bought my 2000 TA in 2007 and the T-Tops were still in the original bags.

If money is an issue, I doubt he wants to spend money on tinting

He also may want the shades so he can control the amount of light that comes in from time to time, meaning be able to put them on/take them off. You can't do that with tint

you can pick up smaller sheets of it modozone for cheap and do et yourself, again, only if your THAT poor
