    Question Weatherstriping...Cost and How hard?

    I want to re-weatherstrip the doors and ttops and i was wondering how much it would cost and how hard it is to install?Please Help

    I will ask a guy I know that runs a professional body shop when I get a chance. never done it myself though. I also need it though cause I'm sick of water coming in when I go through a car wash.

    yea its bad one time i left my car out in the rain in the trunk filled with water thats why it's a carport queen now

    what!?!? why would it be hard?! just take off the old weatherstripping ....and replace it with new one...probably only problem is finding them for a good price

    my trunk filled with water on me one time, toastes one of my amps, I took and lowered the latch a little bit and also left one of the drain plugs out of the bottom of the 'well' area, haven't had water since.

    This thread makes me glad I didn't order the t-tops. I'm sure they are a blast with them off as my 300ZX Turbo was .... However, I have seen first hand a bunch of GM t-tops that have leaked. You really have to watch and maintain them I guess.

    Good luck guys ... There has got to be a way ...
