    truch engine???

so hear is my idea, tell me if I am nuts. buying a wrecked 2500 silverado for about 2,000.00 and taking the big block out of that and putting it in a f-body??? what do you guys think. obviously I would have rebuilt for performance, but it is a cheap way to get a block, just looking for advice and opinions.

    Big block gas motor is/was 8.1L (~496ci) BTW, the D-Max (diesel) is a 6.6L.
