trade for silverado

there is a guy at work that just offered to trade me a 2002 ext.cab 4X4 5.3 silverado even for my car. I dont really want to trade it, but it is a tempting offer. My car is 99 WS6 104k miles the truck has 141k Personally i dont care for 4X4 because every truck i have ever had has been lowered and i still dont like them lifted. Im not going to trade for a few reasons but just wodering if you guys think it was a good trade.

I say NOOOO waaaaay!!! 141k on the truck? everybody is giving trucks away these days, if you look around a little, there are way better deals out there

Hey, trucks/SUV's are going for Colorado dirt cheap right now.

Dont trade a car that gets better gas mileage/looks way better/probably, hopefully/ pulls more tail... for a truck with MORE milage.... has probably been beat to shit and gets very bad gas mileage.

That's how I got my Formula. Traded a 2000 Silverado ext.cab 2wd straight up for my 98 Formula. Loved the truck and miss it sometimes but I do love the car.

if you want a pickem up truck..get an old school one. find the right older person who wants to get rid of it!
i got my 83 C10 with a 350 and 32K miles on it 2 owner for 3200!

it make leak like a chevy but i love the truck to death..its in great shape other than the bad seals and gaskets>.>

(sorry if that didn't relate to the topic, i just got my truck a few monthes ago and im still proud of my find)
