torque arms?

hey guys how bad will aftermarket torque arms affect ride quality? thinking bout getting some also

ride quality as in??? some guys claim there tq arm bangs a little and makes some noise but quality wise i dont see why it should affect anything

I'll know in a few weeks -- just installed a UMI tunnel mount and am awaiting the roads to improve in our area. I did clearance the corner of the bracket that attaches to the rear as it appeared that it could impact the tunnel on full suspension compression. I believe the only other area that may result in a possible bang is if the bolts that attach the torque arm to the tunnel brace loosen up over time as there is some play around the bolt shoulders.

I was worried about the same thing when I installed mine. I went with UMI full length adj. and haven't noticed any new noises or clunks...been on there for a few years now.
