Targa Will Take A Lot Of Support Away. However I Have A 93, It Was A Hard Top, And I Just Did Ttops, It Looks Great, Most Of The Factory Stuff Is Already There, Just Cut It And Bolt In Your Latches.

how long did it take to do it and how much did you spend on the hardware and headliner and glass

On another board someone claimed it took 100 hours to do a full targa conversion. Sounds like way too much work just to get a bar out of the center. I dont think it looks right either, but thats my opinion.

93-02 is the same, I got everything to do mine for 225 locally... 93 and maybe 94 had the dot matrix deal shading, only difference I am aware of.

do you do body work for a living or is it not too hard to do? what did you cut the top with sawzall and did you have to paint it when you were finished or does the T top trim cover it up

the donor car was a 2000 camaro. i did do body work for about 6 yrs, then i got a roughneck job, and now i just play around with it. but it wasnt hard. i used a dremel to cut the fiberglass and trim the metal. a sawzall handled the large cuts, and spray can in the under top area, cant tell its not a factory ttop

I say go for the targa if you can it looks badass. A while back there was someone that did that and it looked great. Yes more support will be needed but idk how much more then subconnectors or whatever else
