    Question stang vs 00 t/a

    my buddy has a 02 stang gt stick exhaust and cold air i think he thinks he can beat a 00 t/a auto. which i am looking to buy soon. what's ur opinions?

    Off the line and at the top end your friend is a straight up dead man.

    Only place that Gt would hang with a stock A4 TA would be from a 40mph roll, and even then he's eventually going to lose.

    i ran a gt with 315 nitto Drag radials, Longtube headers and flowmaster exhaust

    i had 275 toyo street tires and just suspension parts nothing done to the motor besides a lid and i blew it away.

    Ok a buddy of mine has a 03 gt... lts xpipe and catback... cai... nitto 555r 315s ... 3.73 geas... and a 75 shot... and me with just catback and nitto 555r 315s in my a4 camaro z28.. I smashed him out... you got him all day

    Lol, i think not buddy, your friends needs some driving lessons. With those mods you just listed that car should easily be a 12.5 or so car with the 75 shot depending on what "tires" mean.

    Your buddy with a 75 shot and those mods should be putting down 300-310whp, the same as you, but with sticky tires and gears he should smoke you off the line.
