midnight blue- 2000 trans am
If you talk to mark from KYSPEED that is where I got mine from it run me around 400 I believe, they were the UMI 3 point weld in. I got the chrome moly material type, and had them painted navy blue to match the color of my car. Here is the link http://kyspeed.com/index.php?main_pa...products_id=29

It is to make the frame more rigid, so you don't warp it. That is the big problem with these cars since they are uni body's, you will notice little small dents in your rear quarter panels which means that your frame is warping. And when you add these nice little pieace's on you won't have to worry about that.

I had mixed feelings about mine. Like yours, my TA had the frame just slightly twisted from a front impact, the body shop fixed it and I replaced the damaged hood with a Truefiber Ram Air hood. The fit was off, but I think that was because the frame was still off after the body shop was done with it, but I'm not sure. Also there were a lot of gas bubbles that formed in the paint on the hood. Had it repainted twice and the bubbles still came back.

I got the fender and ws6 hood for my 98 from certifit and the parts are what you pay for, they are cheap quality! Fender is made out of some still material so it doesnt adjust at all and the edges aren't that great either.
Look on the "for sale" section here, there are about 2 guys (I think) parting out Trans Am's right now. One guy is parting out a green one (I think) and I am almost sure he has a headlight assembly.
