    shocks

    i got a 98 t/a ws6 and i need new shocks. if i order oem shocks are those ws6 ones or not??

    get SLP bilstein shocks, the stock ones are junk

    +1 Better to order a nice aftermarket set of shocks than go with the DeCarbons.

    They were Bilstein I beleive on the WS6 on the regular Trans am DeCarbon There is no such thing as a WS6 shock :-) To my knowledge anyway!

    All `98-up WS6's have DeCarbon's, supposedly the WS6 valving is slightly different then the std cars.
    Both are Garbage when compared to a quality aftermarket performance shock.

    I've got a set of DeCarbons off my 2002 WS6 on the shelf in the garage with 25K miles on them collecting dust.
