Shaky headlight syndrome!
I'm sure that I'm not the only one who's experienced this problem! My right headlight has some play when it's fully open causing the headlight bucket to shake when driving. I replaced the arm with one that doesn't have any play at the center rivet, but there's still some slop in the bucket assembly when open. The driver's side is rock solid. I was looking for a stop screw to adjust because I know there are stop screws for when the light is closed, but I couldn't find any for the open position! Also, does anyone know where you can buy those plastic-headed stop screws and the plastic bushings they use on some of the pivot points? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Interesting - My driver side has the opposite problem. There is about an inch of free movement when it's closed, but open, it's fine.
