is there anywhere you can find the install guide. I've seen some pics and they mostly have a bar across behind the seats. is that required?

my friend that has a stang with out a roll cage has a 4 pt harness and he just bolted the to the floor with 3/8 holes - bolts, but i know when and if you have a cage you can attachech them to the roll cage. or just bolt them

ill see what my friend says on jis stang but im almost positve that he just bolted them to the floor.
ill also ask if he used some plates or somthing..
usally people get these kinds of seat belts when there car is at a point where the trach TECH makes them do it soo they can race on the track. you should check with your local track to see what the guide lines are for safty restraints.

Yeah, it does. I ust don't want to chop up the inside of my car yet. I think it's tens when you have to cage it, right? I don't think I'll ever be that fast. but rolling a 10 sec car or 11 second car, you're still going through the t-tops.

Depends on what reg.s the track uses. If its NHRA I want to say it is 11.59 req. a cage.

that sucks. kinda. probably safer than sorry. what do they do usually if you run below that and you ain't got one?

The most they can do is keep you from running on that track again until you get a cage. If they even care usually...LOL. Don't worry you should be safe with just H/C and bolt ons, to include gears and a lil suspension. If you spray any, then you're screwed, get a cage. And if you do break the time, just let off a lil at the end. They usually don't say anything if you just barely break it the first time.

Well my friend ran an 11.29 with his evo and they wouldnt let him run again because he had no cage. I really wanted to see what his car could do on like the 3rd or 4th run i bet he could have done 11 flat.

LOL, thats why I say barely break 11.59. that 11.29 is killing it...LOL. At that rate they knew it wasn't a fluke...
