RIP Delilah..
Got in another accident last night. Lady pulled out infrint of me, skipping the turning lane and I ran straight into her. I guess shopping and using her cell phone were more important. I'm scared they will probably total it. Worked so hard for this bird. People need to learn how to drive. Car still isn't paid off.

Yes it sucks. This is my baby, waking up and coming to work was not easy. Waiting on insurance call for now. I know they aren't going to do squat about it.

Appreciate it. You guys be careful with the birds. I never got the luxury of my mom or pops buying me a car I guess that's why this honestly hurts. I just gave that nasty feeling.

QuiCk question. If I'm not under the list of people insured even tho she for sure was found at fault can something still be done?

Ok here's the situation, I'm paying for the car, my dad has liability on it, not full coverage. I got into the accident last night, I was not found at fault, the other driver was. She was also issued a citation.

if she was issued a citation then her insurance should pay... IF she even has insurance.

Silver- 2000 Trans Am
I got rear-ended by a girl who was texting in April. I was so pissed off. I paid for mine also but I have the title in mine and my dads name so I can get cheaper insurance. You have any pictures of the accident? That sucks. Waiting for their insurance to call is the worst.

If she dosent have insurance dosent your company pay to fix the car and then sue the person who was at fault to get the money they owe? Im sory to hear about your car man, I know how you feal I had to work over 3 years, never went anywhere or did anything to be able to buy my bird. Then I had to put it in my dads name or my insurance was gona be insane;if anything ever happened to the car I dono what I would do, I dont think I could replace my first bird.
