ok i have a 98 midnight blue trans am(my avatar) and i was just wondering what rims would look good on them...like chrome or black and what size?

if it were up to me I'd put stock 98-00 WS-6 rims on it. That's a fine looking machine - especially in blue.

I like chrome with nbm (navy blue metallic is its real name i found out, i thought the same as you with mine) I went with polished wheels but they look close to chrome. I would say either chrome or gun metal tho. Black i dont think looks good with blue

I love the look of the stock ws6 wheels. its so clean/not over the top looking. i had z06 wheels and i went back to stock chrome trans am 16 wheels. chrome would look great on navy metallic blue

Anything Painted with a polished lip will look good
Black is too dark for a Dark colored car IMO
Mine are Hyper Silver with polished Lip

This past weekend I just put black Z06 rims on my 99 pewter WS6...painted my calipers black and put on black zinc coated slotted rotors. I agree with the posts above...dark car needs light colored rims.

I have 4 WS6 rims with WS6 center caps for sale. I was about to put them on craigslist and e-bay. I have all packaging from my new rims, so they will ship easy and in safe condition. They are not perfect (minor curb rash) but in pretty damn good condition. 9 X 17. Anyone interested?

Included are the 4 rims, 4 WS6 center caps, 20 lug nuts w/ black caps (4 locking and the key) for $450 plus actual shipping charges (whatever that is...less than $100 I imagine).

i have the same wheels as you on a black car, i just polished the lip, and painted the rims gloss black w chrome lugnuts... havent had neone complain

i have a NBM ws.6. i plan on getting some c5 y2k rims in 17 and 18 inches. Chrome is the best way to go, althought you could do TT2's in gunmetal gray with a polished lip on a blue car. NEVER would i consider black
