Removing shift boot?
I have a rattle in my shifter and it is driving me crazy so I wanted to tear into it and figure out what the deal was. Are there any tricks to getting the shift boot off or a simple way to do it? I'm new to the F-body world and I don't want to take a bunch of interior peices apart if I don't really need to. Thanks.

What did you do to fix the rattle? I have an 02 that rattles every once in awhile and I really noticed it on the highway? I haven't taken off the shift boot yet but I plan on fixing it before spring.
