Red leather?

Hey all. i was thinking of doing red leather in my 01 t/a.
do any of you have this or any pics of it thinking of going red/black or red.
i curently have tan with black i hate the tan i may just go with straight black.
any thaughts? or pics or maybe upholstry paint not sure what to do

I think the red would be just as bad as the tan or worse! I hate both. Go black or black with red accents wouldn't be bad. My truck was tan and I ripped out all the interior and don't have new stuff yet. I can't stand it either. You probaly could find stock charcoal for sale on ebay and other sites and just sell your stuff to get most of the cost back.

red leather looks good in corvettes, but for a ws6 I would go for black leather. dont bother with the red stiching, its not like an integra or somthing.

Sorry...I have no love for either of those combos

And I haven't seen too many late model T/A's done up in BlacK/Red...at all.

Would like to see red leather inserts for the doors specifically, not as concerned about the seats being black n' red, but if you know of pics I'd like to see 'em.

I actually dont think it looks too bad. I guess im just sick of seeing black/red on cars in general, not just f-bodies.

I think the key is to have it balanced just right. Though this is not a bird or maro you'll get the idea of what I think looks good. This was my last car.

that DMS symbol stiched into the backseats is a nice touch, but a little too much. the rest looks pretty good though.

i seen a sweet interior in a guys firehawk a couple months back. it was black and silver/light grey. with firehawk stiching in the headrests in the front and the back rest in the back. inserts were silver or light grey whatever you call it and the bottom of the seats and back rests were too. speaker covers were as well and the shifter boot was half and half. looked put together very nicely and stayed along way away from the rice realm.

On the T/A door panel inserts look sick.. for the rest the seats deff need Black w/ Red accents tastefully done of course will look GREAT
