rear end rocks like boat

Newbie here. Just bought a 02 ws6. It is not stock and used to have wet shot nos on it. I believe it has been set up for track with softer springs in the back. I drive it everyday and at high speeds around long swooping curves the rear end rocks like a boat back and forth. What can I do to fix it. Swaybars or are my struts bad

i would look into the panhard bar and shocks before springs
