So if it doesn't have the switch does that mean TC is always on?

No switch means no traction control. You can have both TC and cruise - unless I have a real rare car(dont think that is the case )

I have both TCS and cruise. I keep the TCS when im not racing only because i cant stand the TCS OFF light on my dash staying on all the time. Thats not what it feels like in mine, just the motor cuts out for a sec. The peddle doesnt move on mine.

I have TCS, but no switch, and I do have cruise control. it's weird cuz my TCS hardly ever initiates...even when I spin the tires like crazy. I think the 4 months I've had the car I have seen it initiate like 4 times...

From what I have seen and heard - no switch no TCS, dash indicator light 'low traction' does not mean you have TCS if that is what you are thinking, without the TCS the computer senses that you have low traction but takes no action or actions have no effect since entire system is not there(other than displaying the warning light)
