Possible buy need opinions

I've been looking for an fbody forever and I'm ready for the search to end.
I found a 2002 a4 black convertible with 71k on it. Here's the link. You may have to copy and paste it. The price is too high but what would everyone offer?

Too much of a asking price on that one, looks really taken care off and clean and the warranty is a good plus (free 10 bolt replacement ) but price should be about $4-5k lower (at least) and gotta do something about that missing that speaker cover too.

Damn so u think I could offer about 11k and get it? I was thinking $12,500 but 11 sounds a whole lot better

Oh yeah, that sounds a whole lot better but then it's all in the dealer that has it. Start at 11k and then go up from there if they don't wanna budge but don't go over your 12,500 goal

Ya in TX that's expensive. They sell for $10k and under in Houston with mileage like that.
