Black- 2002 Trans Am
Paint pitting from luv bugs!
I have a black 02 trans am and the whole front part of my bumper has small pits from the stupid luv bugs in florida
. does anyone know what i can do to get rid of them besides repainting the whole thing 
? Thanks

I know burnws6 was having the same problem. Don't know if he found a solution or not. Last I knew he was just washing his car every 23 seconds.

My clear coat has basically been destroyed by bugs. Even if you wash it every day, its seems that sooner or later the clear is going to need to be redone. It shows up worse on black cars

My solution was keep tons of wax on it and wipe the litte smooshed basters off daily, worked for me then when seosons over repeat tons of wax.
