I remember seeing a few commercials for the Trans Am back in the day, but not nearly as many as I see now for the Pontiacs that remain.
All through the college bowl games it was Pontiac this and Pontiac that! The retirement folks special, the Solstice, that ghey little G6 GT thingy that my Legacy GT (daily driver) could destroy, and that G8 that's not even out yet.
That G8 car looks actually looks cool, but man I miss the Firebird.

The "hungry" one was taken off air about a week after it came out... whats the deal with the Cougar noise on it as well... confusing... needs something like cacaw.. j/k. maybe an eagle or something... idk... anyway if I would have thought ahead I would have grabbed all the sales packets and posters I could when these were in production. My dad was the service manager of a dealership and they throw all those things away every year. When band of brothers came out we grabbed the WWII jeep posters they had and everything associated..(we have a WWII jeep.Eleanor, after FDRs wife). I was only 10 in 98.. still a pup.
Speaking of dealerships I finally got my number 8 Plug out and the dealership the previous owner took it to didnt change it apparently...in the bathroom of the dealership where my dad worked was carved "god hates fags....and car dealerships" I understand why now!.Last edited by JoshieDoom; 01-07-2008 at 10:00 AM.

Does anybody remember the commercial, where the TA pulls up next to some Jap car I think and when the light turns green the TA sits there. Then the announcer comes on an says something like "you don't have to use it, but its nice to know you have it, the muscle car lives".... Something like that??????
