well. It looks pretty fucking legit. it's a orignal hurst car. 12 disc cd changer. Everything. I'm so stoked. I'm going to call them. Demand what I want for trade in on my car and if they give me an awesome deal I'm getting it. The only bad thing is. This bitch will stay stock for awhile. Oh well though. The advantages out weigh the disadvantages in this one.

Looks nice bro. Low miles, looks maintained. Gotta drive it though, look at the tires carefully, look for n e rubber deposits in the wheel wells, rear end not making ne noise, clutch so forth ur not dumb.
Only thing is the price, I bought my 99 a few months ago with 10k on it for 10g's (dollar-a-mile) from orig, owner. 19 May be a bit much for that car, a price u should get it for should be around 15-17

yeah I definately agree man. But it's sold. I was pretty bummed and for shits and giggles I looked at corvettes for sale and I found one I really liked. I'm going to try and get it .

what do you guys think?

THAT may be worth 20k, lol

I thought it was a pretty bad ass deal too.
I mean it doesn't have the climate control or the HUD. but i figured for that price. Who cares? I could always get it installed later on at a GM Dealership.
But other than that. It's in flawless condition and has every other option. Aren't 6speed corvettes kind of rare?

Keep up the searh for what you want bro. It took me almost four months but I found my low milage 02 WS6 6speed. I would have regretted getting the automatic 2 months sooner.

MUCH BETTER!!! It looks flawless, but run a carfax on it and take it for a quick spin before making an offer. Make sure its stock and the person your buying it from isnt a kid. I would never NEVER buy a sports car from a kid. And if its beefed up it's just more signs its been to the track. Good luck

God damn ! it's been every where . Atleast we know the majority of the miles on it are high way lol. Does a carfax tell you the options that are installed on the car? Because I'd really like to know all of the options on the car. I mean I could ask salesman. But the majority of them don't know what they're talking about.
-
03-25-2006, 07:35 AM #15
No, Carfax won't tell you the options.

Keep looking..that vette is gonna be trouble. There's just something about it, maybe it's the shitty looking dealer lot that it's at...or maybe that I lost count of how many owners it has had while reading the carfax Anyone else getting a bad vibe about it?
Also it was registered as a lease at one point

With that many people owning it, it sounds like what ever trouble it has, it surfaces quickly and the buyer bails and re sells it. RUN AWAY!!
Notice how it will stay in one area for a few sales, then jump a few states away and settle there a few sales and then jump a few more states? Tells me the car gets well known enough that it has to go to auction and sell in another region to unload it. Definately sounds like bad news.
