I thought I'd pass this on- Kevin morgan is working on a second concept trans am, that seems heavily redone: "Kevin Morgan, designer of the concept Trans Am, will be out at 2009 SEMA Show with his team from Otto Body & The Trans Am Depot. We will be unveiling Concept Trans Am #2. This car will be sporting quad headlights & much more!
We will be at the Pypes Booth# 24542 in the Racing, HotRod & Restoration Section. Hope to see you there!



I think he's on a good route with the quad lights. Im sure he has been listening closely to what everyone has been saying, and that he wants to make a car thats what everyone wants. What do u guys think?

kevin morgan needs to give up, the first one was ugly as sarge balls and the next one will be exactly the same, the body is based on a 1st gen and all the little add ons like the shaker and grill and taillights are from a 2nd gen, it just looks > retarded

Sorry, but I have to disagree. I like the Bandit styled T/A look. I like the quad lights, but I hope he puts in the halos around them like some of his pics floating around the net. The rear tail lights already mentioned by others. Now if he could put in a better motor or supercharge it, then that would be my motivation to buy one.

yea im def gonna have to go with the bandit t/a more than any other concept I have seen personally. Cause thats the whole reason why I love the t/a is because of the show smokey and the bandit. It just goes to show that even old school style never really die and that it will sell retrostyled regardless. People just gotta get off the concept or idea that stuff has to change in one way or another and the t/a is def not coming back from the factory in my eyes. But to have the chance to have a newer style or version of what would be ment as a t/a then I would def go for it if I could.

I'm just not a fan of putting 2nd Gen styling cues on a car that is based more towards the 1st Gen's. The rear quarter and guarter window is what kills this for me, then again I'm not a big fan of the new Camaro anyway.

Put a stroked 6.0 in one of these and I'll be sold.

thats based off the second gen as well. but if they're going to bring back cars, more rather, the popular cars..like everyone loved the 67 camaro, that was a classic look. no one remembers the years through the 70s for camaros. And as with the trans am, the classic 1977 look is what people see as the popular trans am. I think kevin morgan's design will be great when he gets things right, and maybe, if someone bought out pontiac.....well...we may just see a trans am, a real trans am on the market again

I like this far better that the Lingenfelter (ok at best.) I would only hope that the fender scoops are not some add-on piece. Now...on to the real question I want to ask...will there be a concept with T/A with T-Tops?
