NO longer throwing code

sup guys, as you know I just got my 2000 ta with 53,000 on it.
It was throwing code for what I'm guessing was the cats or the 02

Previous owner told me he did not drive it alot and put regular gas in it.
I am now on my 3rd tank of premium and the check engine light is no longer on at all.

I read that in order to have the cat warrenty the stealership will hook your car up to the comp... Odviously the history of the code will come up but it's no longer there as of now. I could probally tell them I had someone clear it.

It don't really seem like I'm getting good gas milage either. I'm gonna really keep my eye on it this tank.

Mine was throwing the same code and i thought it was my CATS but when i called to check on my car my mechanic said the CATS were fine but the Fuel pump was running at low pressure and it was causing the o2 sensors to get the wrong reading. the fucked up thing is that is the second fuel pump ive gone through. the pump is a GM 700$ pump not a cheap autozone one. im lucky its covered on warranty from the first pump but does anyone know if these pumps need a break in period or need to be tuned or something because it shouldnt be going through 2 fuel pumps in less than 5 months

Yea that don't sound right man. Does it have any kind of warrenty on the pump itself?

ya the pump is covered for a year but it just bothers me because it was a GM pump and i trust that over an autozone POS, but im starting to wonder.
