NHRA owners, please help

This goes out to any Formula/Trans Am owners with the NHRA package.

During the Trans Am Nationals, we saw the only other NHRA at the event. It happened to be a Formula as well, a 2000. As I talked to the owner, he asked if we used our NHRA Key Fobs. Seeing how we didn't get NHRA key fobs, I said no. He said when he bought his car, he received paperwork confirmation on his NHRA, and his also has a specialty decal over the "Firebird" word on the trunk lid that specifies his as a NHRA. We only received the fender badges, so I contacted the dealer to see if there was something we weren't given. They said there is absolutey no Key Fob or specialty decals or even paperwork that GM released with these cars. But after seeing these items that came with the 2000 NHRA, I'm looking for other owners observations. Anyone know something about this?

Search Morgan Design Group on yahoo and its the 1st result. The emblems are under Special Editions. Price is 169 plus shipping, but at least you'll have them.

Thanks. That kit looks like what we should have gotten, but we only received the fender badges.

So did you get any paperwork or special key fobs when you bought yours from the dealer?

I got mine used. It came with all the badges on the car, but was missing the keychain. I just bought one on Ebay. I have never heard of or seen any paperwork about the cars.

Just wanted to add my 2cents. I also order a kit and it did not come with a key chain, so I sent the seller a message and he told me that some of the kits he got did not come with one. He went ahead and sent me another one seperate. Now keep in mind that was a long time ago when I order it..
