the next mod you should do is like some headers. Either hooker or slp long tube. But, definetly get a nice pair of headers.

wrong wrong. get sfc (sub frame connectors..you need those..they stop flex. get slp's weld ons...after that then yea get you a pair of headers..LT..but if you care about clearance then stay away from slp.

Pewter- 99 Firehawk convertable
Mods
I have pacesetter lts & ofy on my firehawk. The headers were amor coated, they have good clearance and fit good. Came with gaskets, hardware, & 02 simms for $580.00 + Free shipping. Don't waste your hard earned cash on SLP HEADERS THEY SUCKKKKKKKKKKKK. I wouldn't take them if they gave them to me. Thats just my opinion.

Blue- 2001 Trans AM
i just installed my Pacesetter LT's, i takes about a full day and a lot of patience. Make sure you have some high lift jack stands you have to get the car up in the air pretty far to get the headers at the correct angle to slide in, i also had to loosen the driver side motor mount and jack the motor up about half a crank on the jack. Over all a job that can be done at home.

I think i am going to go with subframe connectors and then a new brake package. Probably something slotted and drilled and performance brake pads. Thanks for the help everyone!!!
