Yeah, the ls6 intake is good. A lid is an easy mod that can dress up the engine bay a little bit.

Yeah, the LS6 intake is fine dont change it unless you are doing Heads and Cam.

    Definitely get a lid though.

Good buy too! You got a good deal and wont be disappointed.

Lids are mostly preference of the buyer based on looks (not much difference between them performance wise).

Yeah, anything will flow better than the stock baffled lid.

I have an SLP one but it rubs a bit on the underside of the hood so i think im gonna go with the MTI clear lid.

Heres a good site to pick one up from.

Umm...very nice car!! I have a 02 NBM with the same color interior. You could park the two of them beside each other & never tell the difference.

that be the only lid they make, you'll have ti use a hair dryer to get that thing to fit the maf otherwise it's to hard.

I truly understand that! If I found the same deal as you I would have jumped on it. Mine has 30000 miles on her & I paid right at 19,000 last year for it. I put the SLP lid on it & do not have any rubbing issues like mentioned above. Be careful with some of the other SLP stuff (other than the lid) they have had several quility control issues with some of their stuff.
