My winter project
Well here it is 6.0 ly6 iron block with l92's and vvt it came out of a 07 2500 pickup HD
vvt front cover
Plans for the build
Milling the heads taking 30 off to help with compression stock 9.5 to 1
PAC valve springs
custom cam shaft
complete ls3 intake
comp pushrods
Fast throttle body
SLP throttle cable bracket
To delete vvt ill need the ls2 cover with sensor, cam gear with bolt and ls2 black chain tension and ls style timing chain
Wire harness needed for the swap
injector adapters, knock sensors ext, MAP sensor adapter
I also need to remove the crank and change the reluctor wheel back to ls1 style 24x/1x
Ill keep this thread updated as much as possible and will be taking pictures of the entire swap wish me luck and any suggestion are welcome

Tore the heads off to day found something interesting, valve relief in the pistons. I had herd the exhaust had them but not the intake I could have that backwards. I had also herd they where flat top pistons which isn't the case.

i have been looking for a 6.0 block and cant find one for even a reasonable price.

I paid 400 for mine but a good friend of mine works for a GM dealership
