tell him not to waist his money on a MR and get a GSR, mr's are a waist of money, the 6 spd trany is weak on a road course and sucks for drag racing
M6, Lid, Ported and Polished Throttle Body (By Me!), LT, Custom Catted Y, Electric Cutout, PHB, LCA13.21@108 with a 2.3 60'

I'd put the headers and cam at the top of that list and skip the 15 or so appearance mods.

09 EclipseGT 75 Chevy 4x4- 2001 Trans-Am 13 F-XT
Are you just painting your stock calipers or doing the C5 Z06 swap?

i would have to agree with the others on the appearance mods. what about a tune?

I want the corvette calipers but if I can't afford them, then I will just paint them red! I already have a tune! Thanks for the input!

To look cooler? I think a faster moving car looks much better than a slow one. You should get some heads and valvetrain upgrades along with that cam! I wish I could
But seriously: lower it if it's not already, I hate how big the gap is between the body and the tires on a stock f body. What kind of zo6 wheels are you getting?

Red- 2000 Trans Am
Lol i like how you just put cam at the bottom of your list, like its a easy mod and that all you ahve to replace. You will need a new valve trai nand a new tune for the cam and new mods. Even if you do all the work yourself the cost will proably still total over 1500 just for the cam swap. But if you got the money good luck, im doin the cam swap valve train upgrade, lsx intake manifold and a new clutch before spring. BTW Trans Ams look way better than evos, The only body piece you can put on a T/A to make it look better is that front bumper piece, new side skirts and rear bumper are just useless. Plus i havent seen a custom rear bumper or sideskirts that look better than stock. Just go for performance, fuck changing the look of the t/a

t/a's curves are sexy enough theres really no need to change the body. only change from factory would be to remove the side trim (supposedly protects from door dents. thats why i park far away though...and for the exercise). it was already removed from mine when i bougt her...looks better with out it IMO.
